Implementação de tecnologias variáveis para melhorar a segurança psicológica do ambiente educacional

O estudo visa estabelecer a essência e a estrutura de um ambiente educacional psicologicamente seguro. Os autores determinam o estado de segurança psicológica como característica chave do ambiente educacional seguro nas instituições de ensino superior e identificam problemas em seus diagnósticos. O artigo revela a essência dos conceitos de “ambiente educacional”, “ambiente educacional seguro” e “segurança psicológica do ambiente educacional”. A pesquisa revela que, embora o nível de segurança psicológica entre alunos e professores seja geralmente alto, há diferenças significativas nas avaliações baseadas em estados psicoemocionais e relações interpessoais. Os resultados destacam a necessidade de intervenções direcionadas, incluindo treinamento psicológico e pedagógico de pessoal e implementação de tecnologias inovadoras para aumentar a segurança. Este estudo enfatiza a importância de monitorar e criar um ambiente sustentável para apoiar a saúde mental, o crescimento pessoal e o desenvolvimento profissional no ensino superior.
