In the interaction among Mathematics, culture, and art, we emphasize the relevance of this relationship throughout history. Considering Mathematics as more than an abstract field, this work seeks to highlight its mutual connection with human creativity and expression. This research aims to underscore connections and mutual influences between Mathematics and artistic expression in various forms of art, with the main objective of exploring the symbiotic relationship between Mathematics and culture, especially as manifested in diverse forms of art throughout history and across different cultures. The choice to focus on specific art forms such as music, painting, drawings, architecture, and sculpture is supported by the presence of mathematical concepts like symmetry, perspective, harmony, and, most notably, the golden ratio and the golden number in these works. Artists like Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo incorporated the golden ratio into their creations, considering it an ideal of harmony and aesthetic beauty. This research is exploratory in nature and was conducted through a literature review. We conclude this study with the certainty of the human dimension present in mathematics beyond its cultural contribution to mathematical development and its undeniable connection to various forms of artistic expression.
