From the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean is the path the Republic of Peru must trod to project its power, according to the Peruvian White Book of Defense. This article discuss the national strategy of seeking in the Atlantic Ocean an alternative for strengthening the Peruvian´'s economy and defense.
