Range, Minas Gerais, Brazil, and its
mechanisms of resistance to territorial
expropriation driven by the advance
of mineral neoextractivism. It provides
data on mineral neoextractivism,
particularly regarding the conflicts
caused by this activity, highlighting
its impacts, threats, and human
rights violations, as well as how the
Movement for the Preservation of
‘Serra do Gandarela’ (MPSG) has
organized to mitigate these impacts.
