The agribusiness model
treats nature as a mere source of
resources for capitalist accumulation.
A product of a violent modernity
project against other possible
versions of humanity/nature, this
understanding lies at the epistemicontological
root of the ongoing
ecological-civilizational crisis. From a
Marxist perspective, this text explores
alternatives contained in agroecology
amidst the harshness of puritanical
value being valued.
