MARCAS ENUNCIATIVAS NO GÊNERO SENTENÇA CRIMINAL

Abstract

Neste trabalho, amostras do gênero sentença criminal serão analisadas com o objetivo de verificar a ocorrência de marcas enunciativas e como essas marcas podem influenciar o caráter imparcial das sentenças. Foram analisadas três sentenças criminais coletadas em Fóruns de Comarcas em João Pessoa – 1º e 2º Vara Regional no Estado da Paraíba. Os pressupostos teóricos em que as análises foram baseadas se fundamentam na teoria do Interacionismo Sociodiscursivo (BRONCKART, 1999). Os resultados mostram que, além da subjetividade encontrada por meio das vozes das instâncias julgadoras, os textos de sentença criminal apresentam outras vozes que influenciam na imparcialidade do texto.
