This article discusses the theme of socio-educational measures, focusing on actions subsidized by non-formal education. This article seeks to expand the debates about actions offered to adolescents in conflict with the law in educational actions in socio-education units, to discuss aspects about referral by the municipality of Londrina/PR. As investigation procedures, we used the bibliographic study and documentary analysis, based on qualitative data analysis. It is based on the understanding that through the actions established before the adolescent in conflict with the law, it is important to think of policies that are effective in the sense of the protection and promotion of rights, aiming at meeting the established in the ECA on the guarantee of rights to this segment.
