Globalization is a process that, unquestionably, dynamizes the structure of national societies, towards a more global vision. We reflect on the implications that the new directions of globalization bring to the autochthonous culture in Mozambique. The research shows that globalization brings positive, by facilitating relations between societies or countries through new ways of using technologies; negative, due to the fact that it promotes the extinction of traditional autochthonous cultural values.
