Abstract

Based on original research and still little spread specialized bibliography, this paper aims to bring into light the political line and activity of the Partido Obrero Revolucionario and the Fourth International during the 1952 Bolivian Revolution. The author highlights its connections with the intense debates and disputes then having place inside the international Trotskyist movement, which are in the center of its organizational division and theoretical and programmatic differentiation.
