The significance of the Russian Revolution in Latin American political history has not been unequivocal. Historical studies have rebuilt its immediate impact. It is known that the cartography of the left in the subcontinent was modified with the emergence of the communist parties. However, the relevance of the revolution was not introduced in Latin American history by the Soviet event. In this paper, we study the relevance of the Russian Revolution in Latin American history and he revolutionary itineraries of the subcontinent.
