How can Queer Marxism strengthen the discipline of International Relations? Why is there no Queer Marxist International Theory? This article explores the potential of this approach for internationalist science. It then problematizes the family as a pillar of capitalist heteropatriarchy, as well as the imperialist use of human rights in foreign policy rhetoric. The originality of this research lies in serving as a foundational text for a queer Marxist theory of IR.
