Abstract

My writing portrays a brief journey of a young teaching woman, who lived with her partner, with a baby, in a newly  built house organized by my fiancé and me. During this, I  decided to go in search of a dream - to continue with my  training and professionalization in Brazil. The text reports  my experiences and my doctoral process, as a mother,  bride, and student.

Doutoranda em Políticas Públicas pela Universidade Estadual do Ceará - UECE; Mestre em Ciência Política: Governação e Relações Internacionais pela Universaidade Católica de Moçambique - UCM; Graduada em Ciência Política e Relações Internacionais pela UCM. É docente na Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Políticas da Universidade Católica de Moçambique. Pesquisadora do Observatório das Nacionalidades (ON). Bolsista da CAPES-Brasil.
