The Venezuelan flow to Roraima established a discrepancy in the society of that state having as an example the situations that marked the cities of Pacaraima and Boa Vista by virtue of the great number of migrants which caused an increase in the local social demands. In this passage, part of the following question: Does Venezuelan migration increased poverty in Roraima? To answer the question of departure, the Venezuelan flow and its social and administrative effects from the movement of vulnerable people, to generate a social stigma by the roraimenses themselves, and to the identification of the increase of poverty in the locality are analyzed. The research is carried out from a study of a socio-geographical migration with existing social outlines, being a research based on a Hegelian model.
