Abstract

This article analyzes the process of transition from the State of National Security to the democratic regime with regard to the process of including the basic principles of Public Security in the Federal Constitution of 1988 and the treatment given to both the Police and the Military Fire Brigade in through such a process and its importance for the construction of a possible military identity between components of the auxiliary forces?
