I study fundamentalism, starting from the idea that religion constitutes an inherent force of social structures, together with politics and the market. After the attack on the icons of international financial capitalism, terrorism entered the intellectual debate as an American neo-conservative alibi. Thus, more
realistic reflections need to be made on current global conflicts.
