Abstract

This article values the contribution from Marxism to the comprehension of the ecosocial crisis, in a holistic way. First, it submits to critical evaluation Marxist reductionist positions that damage its conception as philosophy of practice, to then refer to an ecosocial crisis as a social relation inherent to capitalism, giving importance to the modes of material production.
