BRICS within fossil capitalism

The global system of liberalization of the market is not in harmony with the demands of nature. The natural limits of the fossil era requires a common action in a world divided into many small nations and some strong national states, but not hegemonic, which are gathering in trading blocs and in more or less informal
alliances, such as the BRICS, which opted for a strategy of neo extractive development.
