Abstract

This article analyzes the contracts established by Brazilian heavy construction companies abroad since the first work, in 1969, until the end of the Lula government. Working with information as values, quantity, geographic distribution, and responsible companies, we find that most contracts are in the regions prioritized by Brazilian foreign policy, or rather, South America and Africa.
