Notes on cultural policies in humanities

Abstract

This article  presents a retrospective of public policies created around the books, reading, literature, libraries and writing and present the possible impacts of political instability in the humanities field, taking into account the reading and writing capacity, based on the policies instituted in the view of the cultural sector and the main impacts on the management and execution of programs in the medium to long term.

Carolina Marques Henriques Ficheira, ESPM

Doutora em Ciência da Literatura, linha de pesquisa: Programa Avançado em Cultura Contemporânea. Mestre em Comunicação e Cultura pela UFRJ. Graduada em Produção Cultural pelo Departamento de Artes na UFF. Foi gerente operacional do Cine Joia e coordenou projetos no PontoCine. Como parecerista na área de fomento direto e indireto possui passagem pela Lei Aldir Blanc, SEFIC, Ancine e do Distrito Federal, município de Petrópolis, do município do RJ, do Estado do RJ, do Fundo de Cultura do ES e do Fundo de Cultura da BA, Assembleia Cultural de Minas Gerais e Fundação Cultural de Balneário de Camboriú. Recentemente trabalhou como consultora UNESCO no Edital de Cidades Criativas 003/2018 na candidatura de Niterói/RJ na área de cinema, promovido pela Secretaria Especial da Cultura/Ministério da Cidadania. É professora da ESPM na graduação (ADM, CINE e DSG) e na pós –graduação (Gestão do Entretenimento) e está vinculada ao Laboratório de Economia Criativa, desenvolvimento e território. É professora visitante naUniversidade Veiga de Almeida nos cursos da Pós- graduação em Roteiro para diferentes plataformas e CCE- PUC RIO. Tem experiência no uso de plataformas digitais para aulas remotas: CANVAS, MOODLE, BLACKBOARD, ZOOM, TEAMS e GOOGLE MEET.
