Notes on cultural policies in humanities

This article presents a retrospective of public policies created around the books, reading, literature, libraries and writing and present the possible impacts of political instability in the humanities field, taking into account the reading and writing capacity, based on the policies instituted in the view of the cultural sector and the main impacts on the management and execution of programs in the medium to long term.
