Abstract

Despite countless national campaigns to increase female representation in politics, this is still minimal and rarely carries the values of a feminist theory that aims to deconstruct current standards. This analysis intends to demonstrate the importance of the presence of women in politics as a movement of rupture with a normativity that imposes on the people a reality that does not match the narratives of a large part of the population.
