Gender policies in defense, implemented in the national and international scenarios, offer subsidies to discuss aspects related to the entry of women as combatants in Brazil. In a more specific way, we observe the military ethos in the Brazilian Air Force and its possible changes, considering the female presence in the Air Force Officer cadre.
