We discussed the meanings built around the first progovernment street demonstration, in an online group of supporters of Jair Bolsonaro. We accompany the community from 18 to 26/05/2019. Two main narratives disputed the event: the democratic pro-rupture and the one against interventionism. As the days go by, interventionist speeches are silenced and re-signified as harmful to the president, but not based on democracy
but on devotion to the leader.
