In Nicaragua there are highly polarized opinión about opposite versions of event of sharp political conflict between April and July of 2018.The versión by way of social media is the a violent represses dictatorship against pacifics protestants. This article is a different versions. I use the category of “soft coup,” and, locate the capacity of resistance of the popular sectors of Nicaragua in their history and living tradition of anti-imperialism.
