“When Does She Come Back?”
the audiovisual representation of the relationship between employee and employers

This study investigates the representation of the processes of
colonialism and social exclusion, having as study area the Brazilian audiovisual entitled “What hours does she come back?”, and it was developed from the perspective of a qualitative analysis of the film. In this sense, the narrative
indicates a look at social relations and deconstructions, proposing a critical reading of the continuity of colonial relations of domination and oppression in contemporary times.
