Abstract

This article seeks to understand the Escola sem Partido movement and its implications for the relationships between teachers, students and parents, along with the advance of conservative forces in various sectors of Brazilian society. We understand here that conservative groups tend to act in a reactionary way in an attempt to better control society. We will deal with the rise, forms of legitimacy and the main objectives of such a movement.
