Políticas públicas e ações estratégicas para o alcance das metas globais da atividade física no ambiente urbano: mapeamento de evidências

Resumo

A Organização Mundial da Saúde recomendou o incremento da atividade física em 15% até 2030, visando o controle de agravos crônicos e definiu objetivos, políticas e ações estratégicas aplicáveis para o alcance. Analisou-se a literatura acerca de políticas, ações e estratégias para o aumento da atividade física em ambientes urbanos antes e após o plano de ação global da atividade física 2018-2030. Tratou-se de um mapeamento de evidências efetuado no PubMed, Scielo e Scopus que incluiu 13 artigos, classificados em seis eixos de políticas, ações, intervenções para o aumento da atividade física. Em todos os eixos, houve associação com aumento da atividade física, maior número de estudos concentrados no seguimento posterior ao plano global da atividade física, demonstrando maior interesse de pesquisadores pelo tema e importante passo dado rumo ao alcance das metas, pois caminhos serão apontados para a elaboração de políticas, ações e estratégias de promoção de saúde.
