OS CONSTITUTIVOS ONTOLÓGICOS DA PESSOA NA FILOSOFIA DE EDITH STEIN E A AUTOCONFIGURAÇÃO COMO DIMENSÃO FORMATIVA

Abstract

The subject to be reflected in this text is linked to the thought of Edith Stein, a notable thinker of the 20th century. The article's object of reflection is delimited around the following question: which elements ontologically structure the conception of person in Stein's philosophy and how is self-configuration as a formative dimension related to this conception? The methodological procedures adopted to answer this question were guided by the reading, analysis and interpretation of a set of texts by the philosopher that served as theoretical foundation for the analysis of the problem, especially Introducción a laPhilosophy (2005). In terms of development, the article is divided into two topics. In the first, the main components that define the person ontologically in the thinker's philosophy are presented. In turn, in the second, an approach is made to the aspects that characterize Stein's conception of training and the relationship with his vision of the person. It can be stated that the relevance of the theme and problem analyzed in this text lies in the fact that Edith Stein's ideas have the potential to influence and illuminate interdisciplinary debates that can transcend to other areas of human knowledge, such as psychology, theology and human sciences.
