The UEPA's People Development Plan:
2005-2009 results at campus II of the Center for Biological and Health Sciences

The article presents results obtained with the implementation of the Development Plan for People (PDP) of the University of Pará (UEPA), from 2005 A2009, from a survey of its Center for Health and Biological Sciences (CCBS) within the policy of valuing the public servant of the state of Pará, in the aspect of professional qualification related to citizenship, by discussing its effectiveness with the purposes of the State. It is used as an element of the servers study technical, administrative and operational Campus II of the CCBS, with a sample segment of medium and medium professional level. The methodology set out analysis of the relevance of the qualification process for civil servants undertaken in the State, within the reality of UEPA and his PDP in connection with the purposes of the National Qualification. The research focuses on qualitative and quantitative aspects, combining exploratory and descriptive research. In the research field applied questionnaire and interviews were conducted semi-structured between subjects, as well as documentary and bibliographic research. The results allowed finalized the evaluation of the effectiveness of these policies in the institutional context from the design of a public servant citizen toward the fulfillment of their role within the State.
