Algumas repercussões hegelianas no pensamento de Judith Butler

O presente artigo trata do conceito de reconhecimento em Hegel e algumas influências que esse teve no pensamento da filósofa Judith Butler. Em sua apropriação do pensamento hegeliano, a autora tanto reforça quanto reivindica outras possibilidades interpretativas e de aplicação do conceito de reconhecimento. Explorando a lógica do desejo na dinâmica do reconhecimento Butler amplia a discussão acerca da relação entre autoconsciência e alteridade, o que permite a delimitação de um campo ético que, atrelando o desejo à produção de identidades corporificadas, possibilitaria a transformação do mundo. Com sua apropriação do conceito de reconhecimento em Hegel, Butler reivindica uma reformulação do campo normativo que passaria a ser regido pelo imperativo do reconhecimento da alteridade a partir do que poderia ser denominado de uma ética da diferença.
