Management of Innovation Centers: Successful Practices in the Brazilian Context Práticas de Sucesso no Contexto Brasileiro

Abstract
Innovation centers play a crucial role in linking universities, companies, government, and society to foster innovative ecosystems. This article aims to analyze successful management practices in Brazilian innovation centers, focusing on the cases of Parque Tecnológico Samambaia (UFG) and Tecnopuc (PUC-RS). Using a qualitative case study approach, governance strategies, ecosystem articulation, and funding mechanisms were identified. The findings show that effective management is closely linked to strategic partnerships, talent attraction, and alignment with regional and national innovation agendas.
