Abstract

The proposal of this article consists in making a brief cartography of the Brazilian Legislation Eighteenth century. In the compendium, some attempt is made to locate in the letter of the law, particularities and singularities given by the right of that historical moment to the children and adolescents poor and enslaved to the most affluent.
