Abstract

The present article has the objective to discuss the importance of teaching the heritage Education as a tool of preservation and valorization of the culture and its diversities. Following this idea, we focused on Ver-o-Peso, where was realized a specific mapping of the herbs section to comprehend how much important it is research and disseminate to the general community, such as students, researchers or a simple individual that passes by everyday. Besides that, we attempted to reinforce the role of the school as an important intercessor in this process of cutural (re) education, once that it is the responsable to edify knowledges.
