REFLECTIONS AROUND THE SOCIAL HISTORY

Abstract

This text presents a reflexion about theoretical thield who calls Social History, from England, with main elements are concerning to way to think about research and historical production, the approaches and complexities around culture, and some aspects related to study about “work”. To think about it, are recovered arguments of thinkers who fudge this movement and its theoretical and methodological developments. Our objective is problematize historical understandings and readings about historic materialism, inspired by Marx. In this sense, the text is divided into three segments: first, related to construction of history learning and your supposes; second, pleading about culture and, the third, we’ll retake nodal points relating to “work”.
