Abstract

The study is an analysis of the training of human resources and the allocation of the Secretaria da Fazenda do Estado do Ceará (SEFAZ-CE) servers, highlighting the meaning of education in the training of skilled human resources. Thus, there is a need to carry out the training policies taking into account the time required for the specific activities of the various areas of the Secretariat profile, with the formation of fazendários basic premise servers for confirmation of actions in the area of human resources for the Secretariat to obtain the expected results defined in the Strategic Plan.
