Abstract

The research "Education Program in fiscal School: Paths and Diversion in Construction of Citizenship" has for objective to examine the contribution of Education Program Fiscal Ceará (PEF) for debate on citizenship by teachers, based
on training in fiscal education accomplished in the distance mode. The specific objectives are: to assess the degree of commitment of teachers with the proposal of the PEF; understand how the idea of taxation and citizenship, articulated by
teachers, and review the adequacy of the distance education for training in conceptual fiscal education. In considering the contribution of fiscal education practice teaching there is, from the search results, recognition of the issue as a tool
for dissemination of concepts such as citizenship, participation and social control, collaborating in the formation of active citizens and sustained to act as processors of reality.
