The Role of Egpa (Pará State Government School) in Pará State

The objective of this research is to analyze the Continuing Education of public servants through the School of Government of the State of Pará From the processes that make the considerable gain for the server and the institution from which part, taking into account your desktop , interpersonal and professional relationships, therefore, from the point of view of intentionality of this research, the man is the central element and needs to be aware of conditions that best enable their relationship with the environment and their world, highlighting their potential and making use of instruments needed to carry out organizational changes. Considering the training policy of the Government of the State of Pará, adopted for public servants, developed by the School of Government of the State of Pará (PAGE). The research highlights the need to examine how it provides policy enforcement training at the state and what the advantages to the civil and the State, from the point of view of efficiency of public services and guarantees of labor rights, realizing how the server state has felt in the face of new measures adopted by the PAGE technique training program. The methodology involved a qualitative approach / documentary, which is concerned with a level of reality that can not be quantified, analysis of documents and articles based on information obtained from researched material. The research is based on the improvement of public services, which are offered to citizens, based on the new training policy for civil servants, the three levels of government: Federal, State and Municipal considering the importance of Continuing Education, as this instrument qualification can be the element that will trigger the qualification as a right of all pubic servers and thus promoting social justice in order to achieve the ideal of a democratic and egalitarian nation with more respect to the Rule of Law.
