Abstract

This study aims to research the information policy literature. Aiming to further theoretical studies on information policy, which is a subject of interest within the university context that have some scientific works published as book and journal notes - if there is a growing demand for productions in which teachers and researchers publish and edit publications within and outside the university, because the interest of teachers publish in various areas of knowledge. This research aimed to study politics Bibliographic information aimed at quality in university libraries to meet the research, teaching and extension of the University, through a policy formally established.
