Language and subjectivity in the relationships between school practices and television

Abstract

In media culture temples, where cultural objects are located, in what social and the subjectivity found necessarily crossed by technology audiovisual, common or debate about the declension of the written word. For the society contemporary would be marked by the collapse of two texts and the hegemony of images. On the other hand, in the availability of image in education and sold as a two great triumphs, for example, provide distance education. Enter an image resistance as a producer of knowledge and discourse, it offers availability of technology of the image, the school seems to be devastating. Or the present work aims to articulate conceptual discussion on the language of television based on authors such as, Pierre Bourdieu and Rosa Bueno Fischer, among others, and the experience of coordination of the university extension course "Contemporary School Dialogues", held with teachers from the municipal public school in Fortaleza, Maranguape and Maracanaú. From Michel Foucault's speech concert, or the present work discusses television as a field of subjectivity present in non-daily school, where highlights or facts from both the school and the media will be aimed at "ways of educating" different and silent times, you get confused. On the other hand, on both sides of the propagation of an ideal of citizenship and criticism, their daily practices point for a propensity for passivation, whether the viewer, the student or the owner teacher (in relation to educational management and public policies).
