Communitarian and local communication in network

logics, practices and experiences of sociability and populations in telecenters in Agreste of the Borborema-PB

Abstract

We present in this text a proposal to investigate the logics, practices and experiences that characterize the condition of agents producing
local and community communication and information, in digital media-communication environments, of people and groups participating in digital inclusion projects public and free, in Agreste da Borborema-PB, a region polarized by Campina
Grande-PB. We adopted, as a methodological reference, the perspective of the participant researcher, in a plural and flexible model of webgraphy, media of the telecentres and in-depth interview. With that, we intend to map the technological conditions in multimedia from the region's telecenters, systematize the
local and community digital production, with a view to identifying types of agency citizen or counter-hegemonic in their models and results.
