From assumed omission to denied priority
notes on the action of the Brazilian State in Early Childhood Education

In this article we will make a reflection on the role of the governmental institutions in the public policies for Child Education in the last years from actions, laws and other important documents for the area. We will contrast them with some of what have really happened. A special attention will be given to the priority actions defined in the National Policy of Child Education.
