The managerial logic present in the State reform and deepened until the present day and the strategies of private management in basic education in Brazil, enable and deepen the reproduction of capital through education and its reflexes in the management of education and school. We will analyze in this article how the privatization of education management and the public school has occurred in the proposal of a partnership between a teaching network and a private institute. This peculiar form of privatization was called endoprivatization that operates through the installation of a series of market tools in the very operation of public policy and school. We will present how a private institution has been modifying its focus of action, seeking to act in the educational networks in Brazil, aiming to fulfill the goals of the National Education Plan with the logic of a private program that changes the content of education. We seek to show that the management logic of this Institute, which poses as an inducer of public policies in the country with an extensive network of relations with public and private institutions, can print the model of private enterprise in public education with profound consequences for the content of education and school.
