Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the context of Music Education in Public Politic Education. This work is based mainly on some benchmarks on education, especially the art-education. In the context of broader public politics, we provide a
cut for a discussion about some point on their effectiveness. This work seeks to define the role of public politics for the study of music. This article is a bibliographic review and was field research support of Young Musician Project. The Living School project is considered development of education, reflected in the search for transformation of routine of school learning to become mechanical for intelligent learning, committed to the transformation of society and with the
participation of school and community in the process of processing. Evidence, therefore, that public policies for the teaching of music are significant tools for the student to recognize their artistic potential and learn to harness their talent and their integration into social work in the field music.
