Abstract

This article addresses the issue of knowledge and research in Ceará: the question of knowledge promoted by public funds and was made from a survey to obtain a Master's degree from State University of Ceará - UECE and is therefore a result of bibliographical research supported by contemporary authors that deal with the issue, in addition to consulting FUNCAP own publications such as magazines Science and Technology published by the institution to promote the research, theses and other academic papers related to theme.
