Abstract

The rehabilitation of the prisoner / egress is aimed at their reintegration into society. Although the idea of rehabilitation have been assumed by the Brazilian legal system, this purpose has not been fully achieved. This study aims to understand the aspects of the rehabilitation work against the inmate and society. We try to verify how the reception of the prisoner / egress when it seeks to put / replace as employee. In the construction of the information, it explores the actions promoted by the state to carry out the rehabilitation in order placement / replacement stuck / graduates in the job market, with the issue at hand and society itself whose participation in the rehabilitation process, from receipt, acceptance and reintegration at work is considered essential for their achievement.
