The consolidation of human rights: notes about the historical process and theoretical-practical aspects related to its implementation

This article describes the historical process concerning the emergence and consolidation of human rights. In order to do so, a bibliographic review was done on the subject, in order to seek to explain how this process took place and is still developing, both at the international and national levels, in view of the multiple subjects involved in the struggles for the fulfillment of their needs or pretensions. It also discusses some theoretical and practical aspects related to the issue
of human rights. Finally, after an analysis of the historical link and political conjunctures relevant to human rights, it is concluded that a consistent way to overcome the negative panorama that affects the full realization of fundamental human rights is the promotion of ample investments in education human rights
