Work Management in the light of managers in the framework of SUAS in Maracanaú-CE

The main objective of this work is to identify the contribution of the SUAS Labor Management to the process of consolidation of the Social Assistance Policy in the municipality of Maracanaú (CE). The specific objectives are: to know the managers’ unders tanding of the management of work in the scope of Social Assistance; verify the expectations of the managers in relation to the Work Management; and, identify the advances and obstacles of the Labor Management of Maracanaú-CE. As for the methodology, the research is of a qualitative nature, carried out through a bibliographical, documentary and field study, having as instrument of data collection the semi-structured interview and the observation of the participant. From this research, we can see the relevance of Labor Management to the process of consolidation of public social assistance policy, of course not in isolation. It was identified the need to improve the structure of this area of the CASS, with expansion of the team, dissemination of the proposed assignments, among other actions, so that it can contribute even more to the valorization of the workers and the qualification of the services provided.
