Abstract

Through a spread of growth of labor force in the world, we can clearly observe the dimensions of the issue of jobs. The problem of lack of employment and its consequences are cornering modern society and will soon reach unsustainable levels, forcing the transition from the third industrial revolution. The purpose of this research is to show the harsh reality to be faced by the young in search of their first job opportunity. A bibliographic and documentary, enriched by a questionnaire answered by one hundred young people was instrumental in guiding the implementation of this work. The job today is seen as a factor of social inclusion that strengthens the role of the right of citizens active in the environment in which he lives, according to testimony of these young people. Studies are needed and investments directed to public policies on employment and income used primarily for youth. Research conducted here indicate indicative to be overcome by the government as possible solutions of unemployment and youth unemployment. One of the central issues of design work for the categories surveyed, is that this means quality of life, pleasure and satisfaction emerges. In fact, being employed now necessary for the survival of vital significance and vital to the happiness of human beings.
