Abstract

This article aims to show the evolution of Public Policy for Youth in Fortaleza in the presidencies of Mayor Luizianne Lins (2005-2012). Institutional strengthening and public participation resulted in new shares for the youth and the creation of new equipment. The security of resources through the Annual Budget Law and the Multi-Year Plan period was instrumental in the implementation of the Integrated Program for Public Policy for Youth.
