Mass Media and Industrial Policy In Ceara

Abstract

This text presents itself as part of a larger study that seeks to understand the role of the media in the symbolic production of the Government of Changes. Analyzes its industrial policy from a tape produced for national broadcasting and International. It consists of three sections and interprets the production of meaning through the historical contextualization of video production, the analysis of its structure formal and, finally, its interpretative aspect.
