Abstract

The article deals with the outsourced and autonomous work of women in the redefinition between public and private spaces. The result of two ongoing investigations on the thematic axis Gender and Work, one with the outsourced work of women in the sleep network industries in Ceará, and the other, the autonomous work of women in microcredit programs financed by the federal, state and municipal governments. These researches include analyzes of the transformations generated in the world of work and their repercussions on the female condition in whose transformations the insertion of women in the labor market is notorious, whether for reasons of guarantee of survival, of increasing family income or of emancipation.
